Work with manufacturing customers across Benelux to diagnose shop-floor problems, run on-site and remote assessments, quantify operational and financial value (OEE, downtime, throughput, quality), support pilots, build ROI-based business cases, and coach teams to adopt Factbird for measurable operational improvement.
