About NLC

NLC Health Ventures is a leading healthtech and biotech innovation platform based in Amsterdam, combining venture building and fund management across Europe and North America. With 40-45 employees, NLC manages four captive funds investing in ventures from pre-seed to Series B-C, and is fundraising for a fifth fund. The funds have a diverse LP base and are invested in over 70 companies. NLC values a collaborative, open, and impact-driven culture, where team members’ ideas and contributions truly matter.

Your Mission

We're expanding how NLC reaches private capital, and we need someone who can build real relationships with high-net-worth individuals and turn them into a steady pipeline of investors. You'll spend your time where our investors actually are: entrepreneur circles, private wealth gatherings, and the kind of informal business networks that don't show up on a conference agenda. 

This is a network- and pipeline-building role for someone who's genuinely good with people and strong in follow-through and closing.

What You'll DoNetwork and pipeline
  • Build relationships with high-net-worth individuals, private bankers, and wealth managers, primarily in the Netherlands
  • Attend and be visible at local business and social events where our investor audience actually spends time (entrepreneur clubs, industry gatherings, and similar informal settings), not international investment conferences
  • Work on inbound leads from LinkedIn and HubSpot campaigns
Investor experience
  • Keep leads and touchpoints organized so nothing goes cold
  • Contribute to how NLC positions its funds and ventures to private wealth audiences, including materials, messaging, and go-to-market approach.
  • Work cross-functionally with the fund operations, investment, and other teams to ensure investors receive accurate, timely, and high-quality information
Who You Are
  • 5+ years in private banking, wealth management, or a closely related client-facing role
  • Fluent in Dutch (most of our current investor base is Dutch) and comfortable in English
  • Not necessarily arriving with a large network already, but you know how to build one and enjoy doing it
  • Energized by sales and relationship building: you follow up, you follow through, and you close
  • Organized enough to run multiple relationships in parallel without dropping any of them
  • Based in or willing to work from Amsterdam, with travel elsewhere in the Netherlands and occasional travel abroad

Skills Required

  • 5+ years in private banking, wealth management, or a closely related client-facing role
  • Fluent in Dutch and comfortable in English
