Entry-level Junior QA Analyst responsible for working with developers to define and validate business requirements, facilitate requirements gathering, create workflow diagrams, write specifications, and support testing and development processes. Role includes training and relocation to VA/NJ/MA and strong emphasis on communication and willingness to learn.

The QA Analyst will be responsible for driving security testing for IDM, guiding team knowledge creation, tracking issues, and managing stakeholders.

Execute hardware and firmware test plans, document and track defects, perform functional and performance testing, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, analyze failures, and collaborate with engineering to resolve defects.

Execute manual (70%) and automated (30%) functional, UX, and performance testing for software and mobile (Flutter) products. Create and run test plans/cases, document and reproduce bugs, track issues, collaborate cross-functionally, and help implement automated test frameworks as directed.
