Develop and optimize Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence analytics, reporting, semantic models, data integrations, and augmentation solutions. The role supports Oracle ERP, HCM, and SCM data, including OTBI, BI Publisher, ODI, ETL, SQL, and PL/SQL development. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, data cleansing and validation, cross-functional collaboration, and contributing to an ERP analytics roadmap. This is an onsite role in Des Moines, Las Vegas, or Portland, with an initial 3–4 month W2 engagement.

Supports Insurance Operations by creating and validating reports and dashboards, analyzing data, identifying trends, reviewing data quality, documenting processes, and presenting recommendations. Partners with reporting analysts and business teams to understand requirements and improve operational reporting. The intern also completes an analytical project while developing skills in Tableau, Excel, SQL, data visualization, business intelligence, and AI-enabled reporting tools.

Develop scalable analytics assets and serve as the Power BI/Microsoft Fabric expert. Build and publish trusted datasets, semantic models, and dashboards; author Databricks workflows and production SQL; apply R for statistical analysis; ensure governance, versioning, and reproducibility; partner with stakeholders and Data Engineering to deliver high-impact insights, define KPIs, and communicate executive-ready recommendations.

Designs and maintains Microsoft Fabric data pipelines, medallion Lakehouse architecture, data models, governance, orchestration, and quality processes. Integrates ERP, HRIS, MRP, finance, project, employee, service, and manufacturing data into reliable data products. Supports reporting, business intelligence, AI and machine learning use cases, including RAG and vector embeddings. Troubleshoots pipeline issues, manages Fabric capacity and documentation, and collaborates with analysts, data scientists, developers, DevOps teams, and business system owners.

Manages enterprise data governance policies, standards, KPIs, maturity assessments, data quality processes, stewardship programs, information maps, business glossaries, metadata, and data assets. Administers and expands the Collibra data governance environment, collaborates with data owners and stewards, trains stakeholders, and reports initiative progress to governance councils and management.
