Communicate status to stakeholders and align work with group objectives.

Provide advanced technical support and escalation ownership for Morpheus Enterprise and VM Essentials across on‑prem, hybrid, and cloud environments. Support Cross Belt Sorter (SCS) controls during site launches and hyper care. Troubleshoot incidents on-site and remotely, perform root-cause analysis, liaise between customers and service center, write incident reports, and help stabilize high-throughput automated systems while prioritizing safety and fast recovery.
