Leads the State of Ohio’s Salesforce program, including org setup, implementation oversight, governance, roadmap development, vendor coordination, risk management, stakeholder communication, process improvement, change management, training, and reporting. Maintains the organization’s data warehouse and reporting systems, analyzes financial, operational, pharmacy, clinical, and grant data, and develops dashboards, reports, projections, and automated reporting solutions. The role partners with stakeholders to define BI requirements, identifies process improvement opportunities, applies statistical and database concepts, and presents actionable insights to executive leadership, management, and staff.

Supports and leads complex internal audit engagements across business operations, governance, compliance, and technology platforms. Responsibilities include planning audits, assessing risks and controls, reviewing work, reporting findings, developing action plans, using data analytics and visualization for testing, and advising business and risk partners. The role also contributes to continuous auditing, innovation, and enterprise initiatives while managing multiple engagements.

Leads regional external affairs strategy across a multi-state territory, including government relations, public policy, legislative advocacy, economic development, permitting, community engagement, stakeholder relations, and public affairs. Oversees a 10–12-person team, budgets, consultants, advocacy campaigns, and cross-functional partnerships supporting market expansion, infrastructure development, reputation, and regulatory objectives.
