The Process Engineering Manager leads the planning and implementation of manufacturing processes, ensuring efficiency and quality while managing team development and collaboration with departments.

Develop electrical architectures, single-line diagrams, schematics, panel layouts, and calculations. Integrate power equipment (generators, switchgear, transformers, batteries, UPS, PLCs), ensure code and UL compliance, support prototyping, FAT, commissioning, and manufacturing, and provide cross-functional technical leadership and continuous improvement.

Lead electrical design and technical execution for modular infrastructure projects from concept through production. Develop system architectures, single-line diagrams, schematics, panel layouts, and perform calculations. Integrate power equipment (generators, UPS, transformers, BESS), support manufacturing, FAT, commissioning, troubleshooting, design reviews, code compliance, and continuous improvement.

Manage daily last-mile operations including carrier scheduling and dispatch, route planning, staff supervision and development, compliance with warehouse policies, and resolving operational issues to improve efficiency and meet customer expectations.

Support US commercial sales by driving sales performance reporting, incentive and rebate forecasting, monthly and quarterly P&L forecasting, budgeting, KPI dashboards, margin and order analysis, executive-ready MBR materials, and financial model maintenance while improving data governance and FP&A processes.

Lead digital and social strategy for financial and professional services clients: plan and execute organic and paid campaigns, content, community management, analytics, and influencer engagement; mentor junior staff; manage client relationships, team operations, budgets, and contribute to business development and recruitment.
