Lead technical discussions, mentor engineers, manage production services, optimize agent costs, implement lifecycle governance and RBAC, and develop evaluation and monitoring strategies for reliable, compliant, fiscally responsible AI workflows.

Designs, produces, and maintains recurring and ad hoc reports and dashboards for Client Relations. Analyzes data, identifies trends, ensures reporting accuracy, recommends process improvements, and supports data-driven decisions. The role also provides customer support, assists with system enhancements and QA/UAT activities, presents findings to stakeholders, and manages multiple deadlines with limited supervision.

Supervises total loss claims operations, including claim assignment, quality audits, settlement approvals, escalations, title and salvage processing, vendor coordination, regulatory compliance, and performance tracking.
