Manage and grow revenue from existing Hostaway customers by selling add-ons (e.g., Dynamic Pricing, Smart Locks, QuickBooks Online). Conduct high-volume outbound outreach, run demos, qualify opportunities, handle objections, negotiate and close deals. Maintain accurate Salesforce pipeline, meet monthly/quarterly quotas, and partner with Customer Success to identify expansion opportunities.

Manage electrical projects and client relationships; oversee electrical design execution and QA/QC; prepare proposals and contracts; supervise staff and perform electrical design tasks (power distribution, lighting, backup power, load calculations, one-line diagrams, equipment selection, specifications); provide cost opinions and construction administration; coordinate with disciplines, vendors, authorities, and participate in business development.

Perform RMF assessment and authorization activities for DoD/IC systems: evaluate compliance with NIST 800-53 and DISA STIGs, run vulnerability scans (ACAS, Nessus, SCAP), develop A&A packages, POA&Ms, ISCM plans, advise stakeholders on risk mitigation, and coordinate connection approvals and remediation with administrators and agencies.

Drive direct field sales for Renuity's home improvement products through face-to-face presentations, participate in regular training, and pursue base pay plus uncapped commissions and bonuses. Work scheduled afternoons/evenings and some weekend shifts; position requires a criminal background check.
