Design and build demonstration and training systems (automation cells, fixtures, motion systems) using MISUMI components. Create detailed CAD models, assemblies, and BOMs; fabricate and prototype hardware; document designs and create instructional content; collaborate with marketing, instructional designers, and product teams; iterate based on user feedback.

Build and own backend features end-to-end for the Agents Channel, writing clean, testable server-side code (Kotlin/Java). Collaborate with product, marketing, and frontend teams, work in cloud environments (AWS preferred), use relational databases/SQL, CI/CD, and leverage AI/LLM tools to improve developer productivity.

Lead design, implementation, and maintenance of the CoverGo SaaS platform across front-end and back-end. Provide technical direction, optimize performance and security, enforce coding standards, conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and collaborate with product and design teams to build scalable, high-traffic insurance enterprise solutions.

Support deployment, operation, and improvement of AI-enabled platforms and cloud services (primarily Azure). Implement GitHub-based GitOps CI/CD, author Terraform and IaC, operate containerized workloads, provide 24x7 production support, ensure security/compliance, optimize performance/cost, and maintain platform documentation and runbooks.
