Responsible for IT support and administration for Commercial systems. Partners with business owners to ensure system performance, compliance, and operational excellence across various business functions.

The Managing Partner will sustain and grow client relationships, advising on strategic IT solutions, and leading teams to drive public sector priorities, particularly in state and local government.

Lead and execute ISO 27001 assessment, certification readiness, compliance, and advisory engagements: gather and review on-site evidence, prepare draft reports and lead sheets, provide weekly status updates, organize client documentation, and communicate with clients and management throughout engagements.

Own vendor procurement, contracts, provisioning, and IT strategy for employee hardware/software. Manage SSO/onboarding/offboarding, device management, SOC2 audit evidence, vendor negotiations, cost audits, and automation of provisioning processes.

Lead IT SOX controls testing for ITGCs (access, change, operations) across blockchain-native and enterprise systems. Build testing programs, validate remediation, perform root-cause analysis, report to Audit Committee, and collaborate with Engineering, Security, and external auditors to ensure SOX compliance and scalable audit processes.
