Senior technical support engineer responsible for remote monitoring, advanced troubleshooting, and resolution of hardware and software issues for deployed robot fleets. Acts as SME and liaison to customers, OEMs, and engineering; leads projects, mentors junior staff, creates dashboards and metrics, and provides on-site support as needed to improve customer satisfaction and product reliability.

Provide technical adjudication and tracking for Depot-level Departures from Specification (DFS) on Navy ships and submarines. Review and process DFS requests, interface with Type Commanders and ship crews, perform shipboard surveys and documentation audits, and deliver status updates to Naval supervisory authorities.
