Supports the Quality Manager in maintaining and improving the Quality Management System within a manufacturing environment. Investigates product and process issues, performs root-cause analysis, prepares 8D reports, supports SPC, audits, inspections, FAI activities, design reviews, customer communications, and corrective actions. The role also helps maintain ISO, AS9100, Nadcap, and other compliance systems, develops work instructions and training materials, and may supervise quality technicians.

Designs, develops, and executes comprehensive testing for C# thick-client, web, cloud, bioinformatics, and hardware-integrated software. Responsibilities include functional, regression, integration, and performance testing; defect tracking in Azure DevOps; test automation; pull request reviews; cross-functional collaboration; and improving QA processes. The role also ensures software quality standards and industry compliance.

Lead site AS9100D/ISO 9001 quality and mission assurance for multiple flight programs. Manage audits, MRB, NCR/CAR/SCAR workflows, supplier quality, EIDP approvals, and enforce space-grade workmanship. Mentor and allocate a quality/inspection team, ensure ITAR/CUI compliance, and support cleanroom/ESD controls and continuous improvement.
