The Data Engineer Consultant will design and implement scalable data solutions, advise clients on optimizing data environments, and develop ETL pipelines and data models to support business objectives.

Manage and mentor analysts, design analyses and models, build stakeholder relationships, and communicate actionable insights to influence enterprise strategy.

Support Practice Success by collecting, analyzing, and reporting operational health data; build dashboards and visuals; maintain project plans and trackers; map processes and identify workflow improvements; coordinate stakeholders and provide day-to-day project support to drive execution.

Perform data collection, cleaning, validation, and analysis on large client datasets using Python, SQL, and spreadsheets. Produce actionable insights and business narratives, automate data workflows, and support text/document annotation to generate labeled data for NLP and LLM solutions. Collaborate with senior analysts and improve internal analytical processes and tool configurations.

Lead design and delivery of Workday reporting and analytics for AMS clients: build advanced/matrix/trending/composite reports, dashboards, Discovery Boards, Worksheets, and complex calculated fields; gather requirements, optimize reports, mentor junior consultants, and provide Workday best-practice guidance.

Lead design and development of web UI and REST middleware within an Agile team. Define requirements and acceptance criteria, implement Java/Spring and Angular solutions, build CI/CD pipelines, work with Product Owner and testers, and produce/update design documentation.

Perform part-time quality audits and evaluations of task outputs, define and refine quality benchmarks and scoring rubrics, analyze audit results to produce actionable insights and reports, and recommend process improvements to raise output quality.

Facilitate one-time transfers of customer data into Encompass Cloud Platform. Plan migrations with stakeholders, extract and transform legacy data using ETL/ELT methods, import and validate data, resolve issues, and execute migration activities on schedule to support customer onboarding and go-live.
