Lead and scale Business Operations for Porch Consumer Services. Define strategy, prioritize initiatives, run operating cadence (planning, reviews, KPIs), drive cross-functional execution, launch and scale products/services, and support leadership and board-level reporting.

Lead high-impact strategy and BizOps workstreams including M&A diligence, investor relations, new-market expansion, and cross-market operations. Frame ambiguous, board-level problems, build analysis and recommendations, align stakeholders, and own execution end-to-end while leveraging AI and automation.

Lead campus operations including arrival, lunch, recess, dismissal, facilities, safety, and food service. Hire and coach hourly Operations Specialists, run compliance and safety processes, manage procurement and budgets, serve as on-site IT contact, and partner with school leadership to ensure systems support teaching and student safety.
