Collaborate with Growth, Design, Analytics, and Engineering teams to troubleshoot campaigns, improve user experiences, and deliver actionable performance insights.

Provide administrative support for grant applications from intake through submission. Translate DORA, HDS, NIS2, and health-sector requirements into technical controls, partner with Legal, Risk, Internal Audit, DPO, and Engineering, and automate evidence collection and control testing. Configure GRC tooling, assess cloud and architecture risks, interpret vulnerability data, and brief executives on security posture.

Build and scale Talent Operations infrastructure, including ATS and recruiting tools, workflow processes, automation, dashboards, reporting, and data quality. Analyze recruiting funnels, hiring velocity, bottlenecks, and recruiter performance while improving the candidate journey. Partner with Talent, hiring managers, People, and other teams to implement scalable hiring initiatives, manage multiple workstreams, prioritize independently, and turn ambiguity into practical operational solutions.
