Manage HiBob’s end-to-end RFP and proposal response process across multiple concurrent projects. Develop compelling proposal documents, maintain response content repositories, improve workflows, and collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, Finance, Security, Legal, and other teams. Use AI tools to create efficiencies and sales enablement materials, identify process improvements, support product launches, and provide strategic insights to global go-to-market leaders.

Own Deepgram’s AI applications product line, including strategy, roadmap, customer definition, acquisition, activation, retention, monetization, and profitability. Lead zero-to-one product development, represent the product with customers and partners, and coordinate research, engineering, design, and marketing. Prototype and validate ideas through real usage and measurement while communicating decisions to executives. The role requires shipped, paid consumer or prosumer products, deep AI application experience, technical depth, design judgment, and strong product leadership.

Owns the People partnership for a defined client group, coaching managers, managing employee relations, and running performance, compensation, and organizational health cycles. The role supports workforce planning, headcount reconciliation, recruiting systems, onboarding, transitions, and termination preparation. Leads Blee’s Legal Engineering function, translating advertising, consumer protection, and regulatory requirements into scalable AI review logic. Owns legal frameworks, quality measurement, regulatory updates, customer guidance, product collaboration, and team growth. Partners with legal, compliance, product, implementation, customer success, and AI engineering teams while representing Blee externally. Also supports in-house legal matters, including commercial agreements.

Own and scale Garner’s member payments function, ensuring accurate and timely payments. Build operational processes, tools, reporting, and automation; partner with Product, Engineering, Finance, Account Management, and external stakeholders; resolve complex payment issues; and lead a small team as a hands-on player-coach.

Advise customers, prospects, and internal teams on best-practice use of LogicMonitor’s observability platform. Remove technical barriers, provide enablement and training, translate customer needs into product and engineering priorities, develop reusable tools and frameworks, and support sales, customer success, professional services, and product teams. The role requires deep IT infrastructure, cloud, virtualization, networking, databases, APIs, troubleshooting, technical writing, and presentation expertise.

Lead and scale Customer Success for Webflow’s Source AI platform. Manage strategic enterprise accounts, drive renewals and expansion, guide AI agents from pilot to production, define customer outcomes and ROI, and build playbooks, health metrics, enablement, and AI-powered workflows. Hire and coach the growing team while partnering with Sales, Solutions Architects, and Forward Deployed Engineers to improve adoption, retention, and customer value.

Leads the Pay product pillar across payment experiences, accounts payable automation, reconciliation, credit, and working-capital workflows. Owns product strategy, discovery, delivery, reliability, instrumentation, roadmap prioritization, partner integrations, and post-launch improvement. Partners with Engineering, Design, Payments, Finance, Risk, Security, and Operations to improve automation, accuracy, cost, and customer outcomes while maintaining controls, auditability, and clear decision authority. Also develops product managers and contributes to packaging, adoption, and business-case planning.
