Lead Sales Operations for Expansion product lines, build AI-driven automated workflows and lead-scoring models, design scalable GTM processes, run funnel analytics, manage a small team, and present findings to execs.

Embed with the North America sales team to run forecast and pipeline hygiene cadences, resolve deal and process issues, build field-facing Salesforce dashboards, drive forecasting discipline, document playbooks and workflows, and partner cross-functionally to operationalize RevOps initiatives.

Lead AI-enabled revenue forecasting, maintain executive dashboards, ensure CRM data governance (Salesforce), and integrate revenue, compliance, and learner data.
