Own and develop backend services, APIs, integrations, data pipelines, and referral workflows using Python, with React frontend work as needed. Serve as the subject matter expert for a business domain, improve reliability and data quality, review designs and code, and partner with Product and Operations. Build AI-agent skills, rules, and context while introducing agentic development practices using coding tools.

Develop Python-based solutions performing database CRUD operations, file extraction/transformation/generation (CSV, XML, JSON, PDF), and email integration. Work in an onsite/offshore model on contract, collaborate with teams, and handle high-pressure situations while maintaining strong communication and organizational skills.
