Perform external audit procedures: understand client business and controls, assess risks, execute substantive tests and internal control testing, draft financial statements, and learn RSM audit approach and tools while supporting client engagements.

Manage collections and payment posting for pharmaceutical manufacturer clients: post cash receipts, create deductions, enter journal entries, and reconcile accounts. Present reconciliations to clients and internal groups by phone or in person, communicate via email, apply accounting controls, work independently, and provide guidance to less-experienced team members.

Provide technical support for control systems: diagnose and troubleshoot failures, maintain/upgrade legacy platforms, lead control system improvement projects, train staff, support capital installations, ensure electrical documentation accuracy, and provide on-call/shift coverage. Travel up to 10%.

Handle high-volume outbound calls to generate referrals and process complex durable medical equipment (DME) orders. Verify insurance coverage and authorizations, coordinate with providers and marketing, prioritize urgent orders, and support patients and referral sources to maximize sales, billed revenue, and patient satisfaction.
