The Global Talent Partner will source and engage IT professionals through traditional and innovative recruiting strategies, support talent management and development initiatives, maintain a strong candidate pipeline, and document recruiting processes. The role requires collaboration across diverse backgrounds, strong English communication, and work in a hybrid model with one office day per week.

Manages customer receivables, overdue collections, credit limits, payment terms, credit risk assessments, and financial reporting. Support team culture, onboarding, meetings, catering, calendars, travel, and leadership administration. Monitor inboxes, maintain contact databases, assist recruitment and freelancer onboarding, and support operational projects, systems, and troubleshooting. The role requires strong organization, initiative, communication, discretion, and the ability to manage shifting priorities in a collaborative creative environment.

Develop and maintain web applications using Node.js and TypeScript, collaborate with teams, debug issues, and guide junior developers.

The role involves project coordination and community management, including recruiting evaluators, managing missions, and reporting project status.

Provide L2/L3 support across Windows, Linux, and macOS; manage AD and hybrid identity; troubleshoot networking, VoIP, virtualization, backups, and security; lead cloud and identity migrations; maintain SOPs and documentation; ensure SLA/KPI compliance and participate in on-call rotation.

Design, develop, and deploy high-volume, low-latency Java applications and microservices. Lead full development lifecycle, write testable code, manage releases, improve architecture, and support Agile/Scrum processes.

Own the legal function for Strike’s European and UK operations, leading regulatory strategy, licensing, passporting, financial services compliance, product counseling, commercial agreements, regulator engagement, AML/CFT support, data protection, and outside counsel management. Advise on cryptoasset, lending, payments, and international expansion matters while partnering with executive, product, compliance, engineering, and commercial teams.
