Interns will support strategic sales planning, consultative selling, product performance, customer insights, solution design, project coordination, and implementation activities. An 18-month rotational program offering nine-month rotations in Account Management and Product Management. Participants support strategic sales planning, consultative selling, product expertise, market intelligence, customer insights, solution architecture, project coordination, implementation, reporting, financial tracking, and schedule management. The role requires strong analytical, strategic, communication, prioritization, leadership, and problem-solving skills, along with English and Turkish proficiency.

Build and scale backend-heavy, API-first travel infrastructure for hotel inventory and pricing. Design and ship product capabilities across supplier connectivity, caching, data harmonization, routing, and real-time distributed systems. Own solutions from idea through production, make pragmatic tradeoffs involving latency, correctness, cost, and supplier limits, and work independently in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment.

Own product strategy, roadmap, requirements, UX development, releases, and performance goals for travel marketplace products. Collaborate with designers, engineers, business intelligence, marketing, and stakeholders to conduct research, define features, manage Agile projects, analyze product metrics, coordinate releases, and continuously improve customer and business outcomes.

Lead product analytics by defining metrics, building metric frameworks, analyzing funnels and user behavior, designing and analyzing A/B tests, setting up instrumentation and dashboards, and partnering with product, engineering, and leadership to turn data into product strategy and measurable business impact.

Lead end-to-end product development for LATAM gaming products, own product performance and UX, run A/B tests, analyze user behavior and metrics, define backlog and roadmap, and collaborate with gamification, CRM, marketing, and content teams.

Own end-to-end product design across Timeleft’s mobile app, web surfaces, back-office tools, and design system. Lead discovery, prototyping, interaction and visual design while partnering with product managers and engineers. Set the design quality bar as the most senior design individual contributor, communicate design rationale, apply systems thinking, and use AI tools to accelerate exploration and insight synthesis.

Own the acquisition-to-purchase funnel for a mobile-first subscription business, including onboarding, activation, paywalls, pricing, packaging, and experimentation across iOS, Android, and web. Drive new subscriber revenue, conversion, lifetime value, renewal quality, and attendance through funnel analytics and rigorous testing. Collaborate with Marketing, Data, Engineering, and Product teams to improve user acquisition, activation, and monetization across markets.
