Support customers adopting Solvoyo’s AI-driven supply chain planning platform. Responsibilities include understanding client needs, configuring AI agents, dashboards and workflows, supporting implementations, collaborating with development and support teams, and improving post-launch KPIs using generative AI and data analytics.

Own the technical sales cycle from demonstrations and proof-of-concept engagements through technical close.
