The Senior Sales Engineer will lead presales efforts, conduct technical deep dives, deliver impactful demos, and provide expertise on AI-driven solutions and customer engagement platforms, while managing multiple client interactions.

Act as the technical partner to Enterprise AEs to qualify opportunities, design end-to-end telephony and integration architectures, deliver tailored demos and POCs, address security and integration questions, produce technical proposal documentation, and feed product insights to Engineering and Product.

The Senior Sales Engineer serves as a technical contact for sales discussions, collaborates with teams on customer requirements, leads workshops, and provides pre-sales support, ensuring alignment on solutions and driving customer satisfaction.

Serve as a technical lead on Go-to-Market partnerships: define technical strategy, validate architectures, build demos and POCs, educate and enable partners, collect product feedback, and mentor the SE team to ensure successful integrations.
