Lead ICIS’s forward-deployed product team, working directly with chemicals customers to identify high-value problems, validate AI-driven solutions, and deliver measurable commercial outcomes. Manage multiple customer initiatives, lead cross-functional squads, oversee discovery and delivery, launch proof-of-concepts and paid pilots, and determine whether solutions should be scaled. Build customer trust, influence product and platform priorities, and create playbooks for Sales and productisation teams.

Owns the end-to-end product strategy and execution for AI-powered systems. Defines requirements, evaluation frameworks, quality standards, and system behavior while balancing quality, latency, cost, reliability, safety, and user experience. Partners closely with ML, backend, and client engineering teams to identify failure modes, improve model performance, prioritize roadmaps, and deliver predictable, useful, trusted AI experiences.

Own technical capability roadmaps, prioritize program and ART backlogs, define feature requirements, and coordinate delivery across product teams, platforms, vendors, and technology organizations. Partner with architects, engineers, stakeholders, and risk teams to manage dependencies, risks, governance, release readiness, compliance, and production supportability. Track delivery progress, success metrics, adoption, and value realization while facilitating tradeoff decisions, stakeholder alignment, demonstrations, and continuous improvement.
