Designs and implements complex solutions, automates testing and workflows, performs incident analysis, improves architecture and integrations, and reduces technical debt. Acts as a subject matter expert, mentors engineers, reviews code, guides vendors, promotes DevOps and AI adoption, and supports strategic modernization initiatives.

Own Salesforce administration and development across Service Cloud and Experience Cloud. Configure case management, routing, entitlements, Knowledge, portals, security, sharing, and Agentforce. Build and test Apex, Lightning Web Components, asynchronous jobs, triggers, and integrations. Partner with business stakeholders, document designs, manage releases through DevOps Center, and meet SOX change-control requirements.
