Provide administrative and coordination support to project managers: maintain documentation, track procurement and deliveries, assist reporting and project controls, coordinate meetings, and escalate issues while learning forecasting, cost controls, scheduling, and commercial processes.

Support project managers through all project phases by managing tasks, procuring subcontractor bids, coordinating schedules with contractors/landlords/clients, documenting status in GEMS, submitting change orders and invoices, and attending mold remediation and client software training.

Assist Project Managers with administrative and operational support for customer projects from order entry through completion. Perform data entry in Excel and Access, track quotes and timelines, handle order entry and purchase orders, coordinate vendors, maintain project documentation, and respond to customer inquiries.
