Assist Project Managers with administrative and operational support for customer projects from order entry through completion. Perform data entry in Excel and Access, track quotes and timelines, handle order entry and purchase orders, coordinate vendors, maintain project documentation, and respond to customer inquiries.

Rotate through manufacturing and field departments to learn ductwork fabrication and installation. Assist the Project Manager with project coordination, schedules, budgets, document control, data entry, status reporting, vendor/client relations, and compliance with specifications and quality standards.

Support project managers through all project phases by managing tasks, procuring subcontractor bids, coordinating schedules with contractors/landlords/clients, documenting status in GEMS, submitting change orders and invoices, and attending mold remediation and client software training.
