Partner with data engineering to maintain data integrity and instrumentation while guiding decisions on investment, headcount, and strategy.

Designs and develops cloud data architectures, ingestion frameworks, data models, and analytical platforms. Advises clients on cloud migration, data warehousing, technical approaches, and implementation roadmaps. Collaborates with stakeholders through requirements gathering, workshops, whiteboarding, and project meetings while deploying end-to-end cloud analytics solutions. Requires experience with cloud platforms, big data technologies, BI tools, data warehousing methodologies, programming, SQL, version control, and Agile/DevOps practices.

Build and maintain BI reports, dashboards, visualizations, audience segments, and analytics solutions for convenience retail, petroleum, and mobile payment customers. Translate customer needs into requirements, prepare and validate data using SQL, support CRM campaigns, analyze program performance, troubleshoot data issues, and optimize BI solutions on Azure. Collaborate with marketing, CRM, technical teams, project managers, and customers while documenting and testing delivered solutions.

Analyzes workforce program data and performance metrics, produces dashboards and reports, monitors WIOA outcomes and WorkInTexas data quality, identifies performance gaps, supports corrective actions, trains staff on data procedures, and assists leadership with audits, monitoring visits, and compliance reporting.

Leads the Business Intelligence and Integrated Services team, promoting data-driven decision-making and overseeing BI, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, automation, analytics, and AI solutions. Translates stakeholder needs into technical priorities, manages projects and resources, supports budgeting and licensing, oversees vendors, and partners with data, security, and governance teams. The role also guides employee development, customer engagement, technology roadmaps, and responsible enterprise data use.

Maintains departmental facilities, equipment, drawings, and resource databases; updates specifications, costs, standards, and records; creates reports; administers a linked external website and user access; resolves user questions; coordinates work processes; and communicates with internal teams, project managers, equipment planners, and external vendors.

Manages marketing technology, CRM data analytics, AI-enabled data enrichment, and data quality initiatives. Develops governance guardrails, standards, controls, and processes to maintain accurate data.
