Lead the launch and ongoing operations of a $40 million automated omnichannel distribution center. Manages dealership finance transactions, including submitting deals for approval, reviewing contracts, coordinating with finance sources and insurance providers, and ensuring accurate title, lien, and tax information. Tracks finance penetration, profitability, customer follow-up, satisfaction documentation, and daily operating metrics.
