Build the companys first data stack and data products (internal analytics and customer-facing). Work across data engineering, devops, and software tasks; ship early features, improve developer experience, document proposals, and iterate based on feedback.

Provide programme governance and operational project support for the Axial S/4HANA ERP rollout, maintaining RAID logs, status plans, reports and stakeholder communications. Analyse project data to produce insights, drive process improvements, facilitate meetings/workshops, and support global, cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of programme artefacts and operational effectiveness.

Monitor and improve post-production vehicle quality for Volvo products in market. Identify, quantify, and escalate market concerns using VR, warranty data, parts sales and customer feedback via TES. Perform trend and early-warning analysis, support investigations, communicate with markets and Product Performance teams, and train dealer technicians. Produce TES updates, warranty reports, investigation documentation, and workshop communication.

Support monthly and annual close, perform accounting across GL, AR, AP, treasury, inventory and payroll, ensure financial reporting quality and reconciliations, support statutory and US GAAP reporting, assist audits, internal controls, and continuous improvement projects while collaborating with local and international finance teams.
