Lead and coach multidisciplinary teams to ensure compliance with quality processes and standards (ISO 9001, AQAP/STANAG), perform independent quality assessments, audits and root-cause analysis, report performance to management, identify risks and improvements, and contribute to deployment and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System across defence and aerospace projects.

Manage supplies and materials for a specialty department: maintain PAR levels, coordinate returns and recalls, support product trials, liaise with suppliers and clinical staff, participate in value analysis and cost-reduction initiatives, and perform related supply chain duties.

Lead end-to-end product management for internal-facing tools: define roadmap, prioritize backlog, collaborate with engineering and design, measure impact, and communicate with stakeholders to drive customer and operational improvements.

Support migration of legacy data warehouses to cloud by developing and maintaining ETL/ELT data pipelines, converting queries to OCI, performing data validation and unit tests, documenting processes and business rules, and learning client stack tools under senior guidance.

Support partners, internal teams and customers across EMEA to design, prototype, integrate and implement AI agent solutions using Microsoft technologies (Copilot, Copilot Studio). Deliver proofs of concept, advise stakeholders on implementation approaches, collaborate with sales/technical teams, share best practices, and explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Maintain awareness of Microsoft AI developments and security considerations; travel occasionally across EMEA.
