Develop and deploy production LLM-driven systems for requirements management and hardware engineering. Create evaluation pipelines, metrics, benchmarks, and test suites to improve AI accuracy, speed, and cost. Collaborate with software engineers, product managers, and designers in an agile environment throughout the AI product lifecycle, from experimentation through deployment and continuous improvement.

Analyze requirements, identify risks, maintain Zephyr test plans and cases, validate PostgreSQL data, review automated test results, support root-cause analysis, report defects, improve documentation, and occasionally deliver product walkthroughs.

Own hands-on Zendesk configuration and migrations across multiple markets. Build workflows, routing, channels, Help Center, integrations, permissions, and SLA policies; adapt global blueprints for local requirements; lead testing, go-live, hypercare, documentation, and steady-state handoff. Partner with business SMEs, training, engineering, and project teams while ensuring scalable, well-governed production configurations.

Build Shotgun’s brand and marketing presence in Portugal through social media, community growth, paid campaigns, content, events, partnerships, press, and influencer collaborations. Support organizers with tailored activations, collaborate with sales and account management, and optimize campaigns using performance data. Success is measured through awareness, conversions, app installs, purchases, organizer GMV, community engagement, and partner activations.
