Own a core construction software product area from customer problem through measurable outcome. Responsibilities include customer discovery across construction sites and commercial teams, product strategy and roadmap ownership, prioritization, AI feature development and evaluation, human-in-the-loop design, stakeholder communication, and raising product-management capability. The role partners closely with engineering, design, consultancy, growth, and customer success teams while driving adoption and business impact.

Lead and grow a small UX design and research function, set strategic vision and standards, advocate for design at leadership level, raise design maturity, enable AI in workflows, coach and develop designers and researchers, and establish scalable systems like design systems and playbooks.

Own enterprise content migrations from scoping through delivery. Work with customers to understand content structures, set expectations, and transform documentation from PDFs, HTML, RST, Confluence, and custom formats into GitBook. Build Python scripts, reusable tooling, and migration pipelines; document repeatable processes; support pre-sales scoping; and provide product feedback based on migration challenges.

Own the technical pre-sales lifecycle for strategic enterprise accounts across Europe, including discovery, solution architecture, workshops, POCs, competitive positioning, and technical closure. Advise executive security and infrastructure stakeholders on machine identity, PKI, CLM, Zero Trust, and post-quantum cryptography. Deliver complex multi-product solutions across hybrid cloud and Kubernetes environments, support partners, contribute to enablement resources, and provide product feedback. French fluency and 30–40% regional travel are required.
