Doctrine is looking for a Sales Manager, leading a team of 6 Account Executive to take ownership of our law firms segment in Germany.

Your Responsibilities

  • Drive commercial execution and ensure the achievement of monthly targets for your Market.
  • Recruit top-tier sales talent and build a high-performing team.
  • Train, coach, and develop your team to strengthen their prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Shape and uphold a demanding yet positive sales culture.
  • Master prospect needs and challenges, designing sharp and effective Go-to-Market strategies.
  • Support your team in the field, joining calls and meetings to elevate sales performance.
  • Collaborate closely with other Sales Managers and cross-functional teams (Ops, Marketing, Tech…) to improve processes and contribute to company growth.
  • Structure the team by creating and implementing a playbook for mid- and top-tier markets, ensuring consistent best practices across all levels of sales
  • Work across locations: your team is based in Germany and France (inside sales), while Marketing and Product teams are in Paris. Your role will require flexible commuting between Paris and Germany depending on priorities and business needs

    You will play a key role within a mature and structured sales organization, supported by exceptional Tech, Marketing, and Operations teams.

Your Profile

  • 5+ years of sales experience, ideally selling a SaaS solution.
  • Proven management experience: you know how to help people grow and lead by example.
  • A true hunter mindset, with a strong track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal. You listen actively, communicate clearly, and express ideas with precision and empathy.
  • Strong organizational skills and a rigorous approach to work.
  • Solid analytical abilities to identify opportunities, detect challenges, and guide strategic decisions.
  • High ownership, a taste for challenge, and the drive to thrive in a demanding environment. You are motivated by performance, incentives, and an uncapped variable compensation model.
