Designs, builds, documents, tests, and maintains large-scale data pipelines across platforms and sources. Performs ETL and ELT while ensuring data governance, security, quality, validation, anomaly detection, and compliance. Designs and builds scalable, reliable, observable batch and streaming data pipelines and models. The role requires strong programming, database, data modeling, governance, and Databricks knowledge, with preferred experience in Spark, AWS data services, CI/CD, testing, orchestration, and transformation frameworks.

Conduct quantitative research for traders by testing market hypotheses, building and maintaining documented signals, performing event studies and backtests, and validating results against leakage, survivorship bias, transaction costs, and regime dependence. Organize reproducible point-in-time datasets, communicate findings clearly, track signal performance, and use AI tools to accelerate research and coding while verifying outputs.

Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into BI requirements, design and maintain BI solutions and semantic layers, analyze large payment datasets, enforce data governance and quality, deliver insights and reports, lead stakeholder meetings and training, mentor team members, and drive process improvements for data loading and analytics.

Lead cross-functional analytics initiatives across product, marketing, audio development, and business operations. Build data models, dashboards, self-serve reporting tools, and actionable company-wide metrics. Lead strategic insights and market research projects for B2B clients, translating quantitative survey and statistical analysis into actionable recommendations. Manage client engagements, design surveys using methodologies such as conjoint and MaxDiff, present findings to nontechnical stakeholders, develop commercial offers, and coach Associates.
