The Data Operations Analyst at Revecore will manage data operations, troubleshoot issues, and optimize data pipelines while collaborating with Data Engineering.

Design, build, and optimize enterprise ETL/ELT pipelines, cloud data lakes, lakehouse solutions, data models, and semantic layers across AWS and Azure. Ensure data quality, security, performance, reliability, and governance while supporting analytics, reporting, and AI initiatives. Collaborate with product, engineering, IT, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable data solutions, monitor pipeline health, troubleshoot issues, and improve data architecture and practices.

Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines, data lakes, and databases; ingest and map customer financial datasets; monitor pipeline reliability; translate business requirements into data flows and analytical insights to ensure high-quality, usable data.

Connects Commercial, Medical, Market Access, and other teams to enable scalable, trusted, compliant, and decision-focused analytics. Requires strong technical and cross-functional leadership, analytics infrastructure expertise, and the ability to build enterprise capabilities from ambiguity.

Leads the analytics products team and oversees the development, integrity, maintenance, and delivery of dashboards, reports, models, extracts, and routine data deliverables. Delegates work while remaining hands-on enough to ensure product quality and technology alignment.
