Use quantitative methods to measure offline and digital marketing impact. Deliver analyses, recommendations, and presentations to clients. Perform project-based analytics (marketing mix modeling, multi-channel attribution, digital analytics, pricing/promotion, demand forecasting), lead and grow a team, and travel extensively for client work.

Support development and maintenance of Power BI dashboards, extract and analyze data from ERP/SQL databases, build and modify SQL queries, validate data accuracy, document data sources and business rules, troubleshoot reporting issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable business insights.

Lead enterprise data discovery, inventory, classification and governance initiatives. Evaluate and run POCs for tools (OneTrust, BigID, Varonis, Cyera, Delphix, RecordPoint, Collibra, Microsoft Purview). Conduct stakeholder workshops, assess classification accuracy, security, scalability, integrations, and metadata flow. Produce recommendations, feasibility assessments, roadmaps, and support Collibra integration.

Lead BI liaison between business and IT to define reporting requirements, map ERP (Oracle EBS) data to OBIEE/BI Apps, design and test dashboards/reports, resolve data inconsistencies, train users, and mentor junior team members. Support ad-hoc reporting, create specifications and test plans, and extend BI Apps functionality to meet global reporting needs.

The Business Analyst collaborates with stakeholders to analyze processes, gather requirements, drive system enhancements, and improve operational efficiency through data-driven insights and reporting.

Develop and maintain Microsoft SQL Server databases (2008/2012) using advanced T-SQL to write stored procedures, views, and triggers. Build and deploy SSIS packages and SSRS reports. Perform database administration, performance tuning, security, and use SQL Profiler and Visual Studio Data Compare. Work collaboratively within a team.

Lead development and maintenance of marketing dashboards and advanced reporting using Snowflake and visualization tools. Analyze campaign performance across web, CRM, and social channels, provide actionable insights, support attribution modeling, data governance, testing, and presentations to stakeholders. Automate reporting with AI/ML tools and collaborate with IT and business SMEs to ensure data integrity and improve marketing operations.

Analyze game performance across dimensions (game type, venue, state, device, day), publish quarterly gameplay reports, identify player behavior trends, collaborate with account teams, visualize data with Tableau/Power BI/SAP, and recommend data-driven improvements to boost engagement and revenue.

Lead development of complex data models, datasets, and Tableau dashboards; perform deep analyses of large datasets; present insights to senior leadership; optimize SQL queries and Snowflake-based pipelines; mentor junior BI team members and partner with business units to define KPIs and drive data-driven decisions.
