Partners with business and technology stakeholders, monitors policy adherence, maintains metadata and lineage artifacts, develops governance reporting and automation tools, and advises senior management on data risks and recommendations. Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines, models, datasets, reports, and dashboards for operational reporting. The role requires P&C insurance experience and hybrid work three days per week at a specified office location.

Leads commercial analytics and business intelligence strategy, including executive dashboards, account reporting, revenue and pricing analytics, operational KPIs, forecasting, segmentation, and predictive modeling. Partners with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Operations, and Product to improve revenue, profitability, customer retention, and marketplace performance.
