As a Software Engineer on the Platform team, you will design and maintain backend APIs, optimize backend services, and collaborate on B2B solutions and cross-functional product architecture.

Conduct inbound and outbound B2B sales calls, engage business owners and decision-makers, identify customer needs, present solutions, overcome objections, and close sales. Maintain accurate customer records, follow up with prospects, manage multiple systems and conversations, and meet sales goals while working independently in a remote environment.

Manage SEO performance across AFC’s multi-location urgent care platform, including technical SEO, local search, agency coordination, reporting, and performance accountability. Monitor rankings, traffic, citations, Google Business Profiles, and organic visibility while identifying growth opportunities. Support the CMO with weekly marketing analytics, executive and board reporting, business intelligence, and data-driven analysis connecting marketing activity to business outcomes.

Provides administrative and customer support for the Sales team by preparing quotes, pricing, correspondence, reports, and product information. Maintains customer and prospect data in Salesforce and Sage X3, processes orders and sample requests, coordinates communications among sales managers, customers, vendors, and internal departments, and supports pricing, stocking agreements, and customer documentation. Performs general clerical duties and may attend supplier training or trade shows.
