Belay Technologies is looking for a Senior Data Analyst with significant experience in database engineering and government contracts. Candidates must have a TS/SCI clearance and a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Responsibilities involve handling complex data analysis within federal programs.

The Senior Business Analyst will gather requirements, perform data analysis, conduct data validation testing, and support data migration projects.

Perform audits, data sampling, extraction and reconciliation, monitor performance metrics, produce routine and ad-hoc reports, analyze service interruptions and severe weather impacts, maintain databases, run SQL/XML queries, and partner with stakeholders to interpret findings and recommend improvements.

Design, build, and maintain reliable, scalable Airflow workflows and automation pipelines for data engineering and analytics. Collaborate with platform teams and stakeholders to ensure secure, observable, production-ready pipelines, using Spark, containerization, cloud services, and CI/source control.

Administer and develop Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence for HCM/Payroll: build and optimize ADW semantic models, data pipelines, reports/dashboards, manage FDI users/access, coordinate releases, ensure data quality, integrations, governance, and provide documentation and training to stakeholders.

Support Tools and Infrastructure with the Data Analytics team by creating and maintaining Splunk dashboards, writing SPL queries, performing data analysis and processing, and producing polished customer deliverables. Work with customers to define requirements and iterate on feedback; operate in Linux Red Hat environments.

Analyze marketing channel performance and customer behavior using statistical techniques to drive acquisition and revenue growth. Mentor junior analysts and ensure compliance with risk standards.

Analyze and document complex data structures across legacy and modern systems, produce enterprise master data mappings, data lineage, and transformation rules, collaborate with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies, support data governance and modernization, and ensure DoD/CUI compliance while acting as a subject matter expert.

The Business Analyst will support various projects by analyzing processes, capturing requirements, assisting with research efforts, and creating documents, while adhering to project schedules.
