Help new Dynatrace customers adopt Digital Experience capabilities (Synthetic Monitoring, RUM, Session Replay). Perform data-driven analysis, create concise enablement and investigation deliverables, prioritize customer onboarding activities, drive usage expansion, and collaborate with account teams while communicating findings to technical and business stakeholders.

Transform data into actionable insights by building dashboards, reports, and visualizations. Partner with cross-functional teams and data engineering to ensure data quality, lineage, and AI-ready metadata. Own and architect large-scale data pipelines, orchestration, and integrations. Drive IaC strategy (Terraform), third-party API and AI/LLM tool integrations, build export pipelines and internal tooling, mentor engineers, and align cross-team technical strategy for reliable, scalable data infrastructure.

Own and operate the Microsoft Fabric and Power BI platform end-to-end: administer tenants, capacities, OneLake, and governance; build secure data integration pipelines and access layers for BI and AI agents; automate CI/CD and platform operations; enforce security and data governance; and translate business requirements into technical designs while liaising between IT, security, and business stakeholders.

Partner with Sales, RevOps, Finance, and Data Engineering to convert CRM and pipeline data into actionable insights. Build and maintain pipeline and forecasting reports, dashboards, and metrics; identify risks and opportunities; improve data quality and reporting reliability; triage analytics requests; and embed AI tooling into analytics workflows to accelerate output and ensure analytical rigor.
