Manage month-end entries, tax compliance across jurisdictions, audit/exam support, and process improvements including Workday reporting changes. Partner with external CPA firms and finance technology to automate workflows and ensure regulatory reporting accuracy.

Serve as liaison between business users and technical teams to define requirements, design and implement system solutions, document processes, develop customizations, conduct testing and training, and resolve system issues to ensure alignment of applications with business processes.

Run warm, qualified demo appointments handed to you, build rapport with small-business owners, overcome objections, close sales (collect payment upfront), hit high-velocity weekly close targets, and help shape the sales playbook.

Lead engagement and growth for enterprise customers, drive adoption and retention, manage billing/administration, deliver QBRs and strategic recommendations, remove adoption roadblocks, partner with Sales/RevOps/Product for upsells and renewals, and represent customer needs internally. Travel to customer sites and events as required.
