Drive company growth in Türkiye by identifying targets, presenting products, conducting market research, building market strategies, planning promotions/webinars, maintaining client relationships, attending industry events, arranging meetings, and documenting activities.

Provide multi-jurisdictional employment law advice for Oyster's EOR platform: maintain templates and policies, support product and HR teams, manage cross-border compliance, liaise with outside counsel, handle audits and regulatory inquiries, and drive process improvements and AI/automation initiatives to scale employment compliance.
