Lead the evaluation and roadmap of the revenue technology stack while partnering with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Product, and Tech. Build scalable processes, improve forecast accuracy, analyze pipeline and sales efficiency, and drive predictable growth in a high-growth SaaS environment.

Leads a data science team focused on customer intelligence and personalization across digital products, apps, newsletters, and marketing channels. Develops lifetime value, segmentation, retention, recommendation, attribution, forecasting, and engagement models. Owns product funnel analytics and experimentation, including A/B testing and causal inference. Pre-sales SAP technical consultant supporting late-stage sales: advise on SAP (S/4HANA, ECC) integrations, design/validate integration workflows, map financial data to SAP structures, demonstrate integration requirements, deliver POCs, and relay product gaps to engineering.

Provide technical leadership for structural and/or thermal-fluids analysis of aerospace vehicles and propulsion systems. Perform FEA, fatigue, fracture, thermal-stress, CFD, and 1D fluid modeling; validate models against test data; support loads development, anomaly investigations, and nonconforming hardware disposition.
