Act as trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, execute TraceLink's enterprise sales methodology, manage full sales cycle, collaborate with ADRs and Solutions Consulting, and ensure high retention and pipeline hygiene using Salesforce.

Serve as first point of contact for Western Europe customers, diagnose and resolve basic IT issues, escalate complex problems to senior staff, follow procedures, work shifts, and participate in team learning and development.

Support Shopify administration and Flow automations, maintain Google Apps Scripts and API integrations, manage access and SaaS subscriptions, configure Recharge subscription flows, and document processes.
