Configure GRC tooling, assess cloud and architecture risks, interpret vulnerability data, and brief executives on security posture.

Build and scale Talent Operations infrastructure, including ATS and recruiting tools, workflow processes, automation, dashboards, reporting, and data quality. Analyze recruiting funnels, hiring velocity, bottlenecks, and recruiter performance while improving the candidate journey. Partner with Talent, hiring managers, People, and other teams to implement scalable hiring initiatives, manage multiple workstreams, prioritize independently, and turn ambiguity into practical operational solutions.

Own relationships with 40–50 enterprise EMEA clients, leading onboarding, product adoption, usage monitoring, renewals, and account expansion. Help build scalable customer success playbooks, manage NRR and GRR KPIs, and contribute to team OKRs. The role requires demonstrating value for technical SaaS products, navigating complex stakeholder environments, solving customer challenges, and driving commercial outcomes.

Lead technical presales activities for new business and strategic customers, including discovery, solution architecture, demonstrations, proofs of concept, RFPs, technical presentations, and enablement. Partner with Account Executives, guide customers on Twilio APIs and communications solutions, build trusted relationships with technical and executive stakeholders, solve complex problems, create reusable demonstration materials, and mentor junior presales engineers. The role requires German proficiency and approximately 35% travel.
