Serve as the senior HR business partner for Relay’s go-to-market organization, advising Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Business Development leaders. Lead organizational design, workforce planning, leveling, compensation, performance management, talent reviews, retention, employee relations, compliance, manager development, and change management. Use people data and business fluency to support revenue growth, improve talent density, and build scalable GTM people infrastructure in a high-growth technology company.

Lead Relay’s talent acquisition strategy and a team of six to eight recruiters across GTM, Corporate, and Product/Engineering. Build scalable recruiting operations, analytics, interview processes, capacity models, and early-career programs. Partner with Finance and executives on headcount planning, hiring timelines, compensation benchmarking, and recruiting performance. Personally manage high-priority requisitions while coaching the team and strengthening candidate experience.

Build and lead end-to-end AI products for enterprise clients as an individual contributor. Responsibilities include setting technical direction, writing production-ready code, applying software engineering practices to AI systems, collaborating with small engineering teams, engaging directly with senior client stakeholders, and delivering multiple applied AI products across diverse domains.

Own the site robotics strategy and automation roadmap, identifying opportunities across manufacturing, laboratories, warehouses, quality, and support operations. Oversees technology portfolios, technical debt, roadmaps, and emerging technologies while supporting cloud, SaaS, custom applications, APIs, research platforms, and cross-functional initiatives.

Build and maintain full-stack web and WinForms applications using C# and .NET. Design databases, APIs, and user-facing features; optimize performance, security, and code quality; integrate front-end and back-end systems; and troubleshoot defects. Develop and deploy machine learning models and AI-assisted features using LLM APIs and retrieval-augmented generation, while monitoring production accuracy, latency, and cost.

Owns GitHub Enterprise administration and governance, Terraform-based infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, Azure cloud deployment architecture, runner infrastructure, identity integrations, and software supply-chain security. Builds automation using GitHub APIs and scripting, administers Azure DevOps, supports platform incidents, and establishes secure AI-assisted development practices. Collaborates with engineering, security, identity, and business stakeholders while maintaining documentation, runbooks, and onboarding materials.

Develop and provide technical leadership for full-stack web applications and backend services supporting counter-unmanned-systems missions. Responsibilities include architecture, RESTful APIs, responsive interfaces, cloud deployment, DevOps, containerization, debugging, code reviews, usability research, requirements analysis, and technical roadmap development. The role collaborates with engineering teams, program management, customers, and UX/UI designers while maintaining secure, reliable, high-uptime systems.

Supports commercial loan officers with portfolio management, credit analysis, underwriting, renewals, loan approvals, problem asset reporting, exception clearance, and member service.
