As a Senior Principal Engineer, you'll define and drive the technical strategy for customer experience platforms, lead architectural decisions, and mentor engineering teams to enhance customer and agent experiences.

Provides technical support for hardware, software, networks, peripherals, email, and remote users. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, equipment setup, repairs, user account management, backups, disaster recovery, software deployment, documentation, vendor escalation, and user training. The role also administers computer networks, tracks support requests, supports new system requirements, and provides on-call assistance and travel as needed.

Provides advanced technical support to clients and merchants using Fiserv’s online tools, websites, payment systems, and digital products. Responsibilities include troubleshooting account access, transactions, integrations, hardware, software, and connectivity issues; documenting cases; explaining technical solutions; collaborating with internal teams; and optimizing technology utilization.
