The Territory Analyst will manage territory design, conduct TAM analysis, collaborate with sales leadership, and help with headcount planning, ensuring operational success for the territory.

Provide Level 1/2 IT support across software, applications, and hardware; log, triage, and resolve incidents via Slack/Email/ServiceNow; manage IT asset lifecycle and onboarding; maintain AV/meeting room tech and support events; create internal troubleshooting documentation and run IT onboarding sessions.

Lead end-to-end operational delivery for Toast Embedded Finance (banking, lending, payments, collections, leasing, spend). Own SLA and quality performance, build dashboards and capacity models, and partner with Product/R&D to remove manual work. Drive an AI transformation to implement LLM-based agentic workflows and automation, upskill teams, manage 30+ managers, and provide executive-level strategy to turn Operations into a growth engine.
