Payroll Analyst

Join our Global Payroll team to build and manage a world class Payroll operation. This individual will report to the Payroll Manager, and will primarily be responsible for all day-to-day payroll activities for international payroll by region. This is a hybrid role location in Dublin, Ireland.

About this roll* (Responsibilities) 

• Support the management of current International in-country payroll vendors in EMEA, ensuring payrolls are accurate, on-time, and in compliance with tax and regulatory requirements.
• Review preliminary payroll calculations from in-country payroll vendors and advise of changes, provision of final approval for each payroll.
• Respond to employee payroll inquiries via Service now, providing outstanding customer service.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Proven track record in continuous improvements using data and tools to identify opportunities, proposing alternative solutions, and successfully implementing them.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of payroll procedures.
• Strong knowledge of payroll and HRIS systems, especially Workday.
• An incredible eye for detail -- you frequently spot and prevent errors others missed.
• Knowledge of working with large data sets.
• Handle highly sensitive data.
• Provide outstanding customer service.
• Experience supporting financial audits.

Do you have the right ingredients*? (Requirements)

• 3+ years of proven experience in payroll administration in an international environment and experience with dealing with outsourced payroll providers.
• Proficient in Excel
• Proficiency on CloudPay payroll platform is a plus
• Strong financial acumen and hands-on experience with general ledger (GL) processes.
• The ability to think independently and autonomously, with a proactive approach to       problem-solving.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with SOX audits and compliance activities is a plus
• Demonstrated sound judgment and ability to handle highly sensitive data.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving capabilities
• Proven ability to work independently in a dynamic and fast-growing environment.
